CPI is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented SharePoint Project Coordinator to join our growing team! We are a full-service consultancy and professional services firm specializing in large capital projects (infrastructure, energy, etc). We are headquartered in San Diego, CA, but our team is fully remote.

The compensation for this role is $60,000-$80,000 per year, based on experience. The successful candidate will have robust understanding of SharePoint and Microsoft Suite applications, excellent communication skills, a positive, can-do attitude, and the flexibility to adapt to changing project dynamics. This role demands a professional adept at juggling multiple tasks and navigating project shifts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities/Job Duties:

  • Facilitate project logistics such as scheduling meetings, drafting agendas, and disseminating requisite information to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of training materials, project documentation, files, and records within SharePoint, promoting seamless access and team collaboration.
  • Employ Microsoft Suite applications to develop and manage project-related documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Serve as the primary communication hub between project teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring transparent and effective exchanges throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track project progression, address emerging issues, and guarantee the achievement of deadlines and project deliverables.
  • Exhibit a proactive, solution-focused mindset for problem-solving, with an anticipation of potential obstacles and strategy for prompt resolution.
  • Exhibit flexibility in response to project adjustments and priority shifts, maintaining an optimistic attitude to keep the project team inspired and on track.
  • Contribute to the refinement and application of project management methodologies and best practices to boost operation efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of SharePoint and skilled use of Microsoft Suite applications.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, both oral and written, with proficient in engaging effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholder at all levels.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the capacity to oversee multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
  • An upbeat, can-do attitude, adaptable work approach, and the capability to adjust to evolving project requirements.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a talent for critical and strategic thinking.
  • Competent in relationship management, exhibiting exceptional people skills and emotional intelligence.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Preferably holding a bachelor’s degree in business, project management, communication, education, or related fields.
  • Experience in development of training materials and facilitating team trainings.
