As it continues to expand, it is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to support day-to-day human resources functions and help cultivate a positive work environment.
Recruitment Support
Coordinate job postings, screen applications, and schedule interviews.
Maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Onboarding & Documentation
Prepare and manage new-hire paperwork, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Coordinate and facilitate new-hire onboarding sessions, including orientation and resource allocation.
Update and maintain employee records in HR systems.
HR Administration
Assist in day-to-day HR tasks, such as responding to employee inquiries and supporting policy updates.
Organize and update HR documents (contracts, job descriptions, personnel files, etc.).
Help maintain a smooth flow of information between various departments and teams
Compliance & Reporting
As needed, assist in tracking leave balances, benefits data, and HR metrics.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal procedures by staying updated on relevant regulations.
Previous exposure to HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and administration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact professionally with team members at all levels.
Comfortable using HR software, collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams), and Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to assist employees with various needs.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving responsibilities and projects.
