Tasks

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective aerospace clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure product specifications meet customer requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within the aerospace component manufacturing sector.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of RBC’s offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements, ensuring profitable growth while maintaining the company’s values of integrity and respect.
• 50% travel to visit customers or teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace components and market trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
