A Little About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to support our brand integration, creator engagement, and strategic partnership efforts. In this role, you will ensure seamless onboarding of new brands, optimize affiliate marketing processes, support creator marketing communication, and help drive strategic initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with 1-3 years of affiliate marketing experience to join a dynamic team at the forefront of influencer marketing. 

This role will report directly into our Senior Manager, Creator Marketing and work extremely close to our Head of Affiliate Partnerships. This position is fully remote with a high preference for EST/CT timezones. 

Location: Remote in select states including AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, IA, KS, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NY, NC, OH, OR, TN, TX, WA 

What You’ll Do

Brand Onboarding & Affiliate Optimization

  • Collaborate with the affiliate team to onboard new retailers and ensure CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) rates are competitive and attractive to creators.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in brand listings and partner information.
  • Serve as liaison for Creator teams, providing up-to-date details on rates, including expiration dates, categories, and any special terms.

Creator Marketing 

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute creator network marketing packages for key brand partnerships and CPA increase notifications.
  • Manage the calendar and execution of marketing placements, including email campaigns and in-app messaging, ensuring key brands receive network-wide visibility.
  • Track the performance of placements and contribute to the overall engagement strategy, ensuring team goals are met in relation to creator engagement and activity. 
  • Maintain strong communication with the sales and account management teams to align on schedules, assets, live dates, and support strategic partnership initiatives.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Support and enhance key API partnerships by managing integrations and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate across teams to help create a strong presence on TikTok Shop, testing and leveraging the platform for revenue growth and creator engagement.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, email marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related field.
  • Passion for the influencer marketing industry and social media, specifically video content, across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
  • Experience with Marketing CRM (ie – Hubspot, MailChimp, etc) preferred
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing, TikTok Shop or similar e-commerce integrations (Amazon Marketplace) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Our salary ranges are determined by role and level of experience relevant to the job. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the range for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
