What Are We Looking For? 

Contentstack is seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of North America Marketing to lead our regional marketing initiatives and sales development efforts. As a key leader in our marketing team, you will drive pipeline growth, strengthen brand presence, and align sales and marketing strategies for the North American market. This is a remote role based in the U.S., with the opportunity to collaborate with global teams and make a significant impact on our go-to-market success.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute the North America marketing strategy to drive awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth across B2B and B2C segments.
  • Oversee and align with the sales development team to optimize lead qualification, nurture strategies, and conversion to pipeline.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital, event, ABM, and partner channels to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure marketing contributes effectively to revenue targets and pipeline goals.
  • Amplify Contentstack’s presence in North America by positioning the company as the leading choice for modern digital experience solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally with global marketing, product marketing, partner marketing, and customer success teams to align efforts and share best practices.
  • Measure the success of campaigns and initiatives, delivering actionable insights to continuously improve marketing performance.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of marketers and collaborate with external agencies and contractors as needed.
  • Some travel may be required.

What Really Gets Us Excited About You? 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 10-16 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in SaaS, martech, or related industries is preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving demand generation, ABM strategies, and pipeline growth in North America.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams, ideally managing or supporting sales development teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and grow talent.
  • Exceptional ability to think strategically while also being hands-on with campaign execution.
  • Deep understanding of marketing analytics, KPIs, and reporting to optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and strategies to executive stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing and sales platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, and ABM tools.

 

Base salary for this role ranges between $180,000 and $195,000 based on skills and experience.
