About the Role:
Are you passionate about empowering Revenue teams to achieve their full potential? We’re looking for a strategic and innovative Sales Enablement Manager to elevate the performance of our growing sales organization. In this role, you’ll develop and deliver enablement initiatives that drive efficiency, boost productivity, and directly impact revenue growth.
Working at the intersection of strategy, training, and technology, you’ll partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to create impactful programs and resources that set our sales team up for success. From designing training programs and crafting compelling sales content to refining processes and implementing enablement tools, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our sales team performs and delivers value.
This position is a 20-month full-time fixed-term contract (maternity leave coverage). The anticipated start date for this role is Feb 2025.
Please note: Due to the upcoming holidays, interviews will not start until January 2025.
What You’ll Do:
  • Design and implement sales enablement programs to enhance team knowledge and skills, including onboarding, professional development, and ad hoc initiatives.
  • Create and maintain a repository of enablement content such as playbooks, slide decks, battle cards, and other tools, ensuring they are up-to-date, relevant, and easily accessible.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, sales methodologies, and best practices.
  • Share insights with leadership and establish excellence standards across teams.
  • Assist sales leaders in leveraging data and coaching team members.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, Finance, and other teams to align and support enablement initiatives.
  • Work with stakeholders to establish KPIs to evaluate the impact of enablement initiatives.
  • Continuously track and analyze sales performance, training outcomes, and content effectiveness to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations (RevOps) to streamline operations, improve productivity, and enhance overall sales performance.
  • Work with RevOps to develop workflows and content that fully leverage our tech stack to support sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Plan and execute major sales events, including quarterly meetings, training sessions, Sales Leadership events, and the annual Sales Kickoff.
  • Support our Anti-Racism and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (ADEI) mandate by (at a minimum) being aware of our ADEI commitment and initiatives and completing all required ADEI training
  • What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales enablement and training, preferably within a B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and facilitating synchronous and asynchronous training for diverse role levels, including leadership and individual contributors.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional design software.
  • Expertise with Salesforce and other sales applications; experience with a sales enablement platform is preferred.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across functional areas.
  • If you don’t see yourself fully reflected in every job requirement listed in the posting above, we still encourage you to reach out, apply, and tell us more about yourself in your application. Research has shown that women and underrepresented groups often only apply when they feel 100% qualified. We are committed to creating a more equitable, inclusive, and diverse company. We strongly encourage applicants of all genders, ages, ethnicities, cultures, abilities, sexual orientations, and life experiences to apply.
ThoughtExchange welcomes applications from people with disabilities. Support is available upon request for candidates participating in all aspects of the selection process. Finally, we know from time to time, emergencies happen, and you may need to reschedule an interview – we understand and encourage you to be in communication without worrying about losing the opportunity or your credibility.

Connection: In addition to remote hubs of employees across Canada and the US and offices in Rossland and Vancouver, we get together as a company every 1-2 years in some pretty cool locations. We also connect virtually as a company every month and celebrate one another in our #gratitude Slack channel.
