About this role
As many new tools and products emerge within Yubo we are currently expanding the team to help with the industrialisation of our infra and of its automation . This DevOps/SRE position acts as a bridge between the infra team and the rest of the tech squads.
As a DevOps/SRE engineer, part of the infrastructure team and reporting directly to the head of the infrastructure, you will play a key role in designing, deploying and maintaining our technical infrastructure while coaching and mentoring less experienced team members.
Your expertise will help ensure reliability, scalability and security of our system. Your primary mission will be to ensure the smooth operations of our infrastructure while leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Your responsibilities
As a member of the Infra team you will develop, deploy and manage robust and stable systems using cloud technologies and automation tools
You will have to enhance continuous integration and deployment processes to increase efficiency and the quality of deliverables
You will be responsible for implementing advanced monitoring tools to ensure availability and performance
You will identify, diagnose and quickly resolve production issues to minimize user impact
You will guide less experienced engineers, share knowledge and promote a culture of continuous learning
You will be a key part of cross team collaboration and you will work closely with development, data and security to align objectives and initiatives
Tools we use
Infra : Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Grafana, Datadog, GCP, SaltStack
On data : Couchbase, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Mongo DB
Who you are
You have at least 7-8 years of experience as a DevOps or SRE, ideally within a startup or scaleup environment.
You have experience working with Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration
You have already worked in a GCP or an AWS environment
You are familiar with event sourcing architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, NATS)
You know how to work on software configuration management tool such as: Ansible, SaltStack, Puppet, Chef…
You have strong knowledge on monitoring tools such as: grafana, loki, datadog, prometheus..
You are fluent in French, and are comfortable working in English.
