We are looking for a Talent Intern to join our People Operations team. As a Talent intern you’ll dive into talent acquisition, managing systems and aiding in daily recruitment tasks. You’ll also lead projects in people operations.
Responsibilities:
- Shadow interviews with the objective of eventually conducting interviews independently.
- Observe and participate in all aspects of stakeholder management (Candidate recap conversations, weekly Hiring Manager check-ins, candidate calibration calls).
- Schedule interviews and ad-hoc recruiting related events for cross-functional teams.
- Create and document procedures and best practices.
- Identify recruiting related events (Career Fairs, Meet & Greets) for the team to participate in.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Collective[i] when engaging active and passive talent.
- Identify tools and communities that can aid in sourcing efforts.
Qualifications:
- The ability to work in a remote environment.
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
- A genuine interest in talent acquisition and people operations.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
