We are hiring a Remote Financial Sales Agent or Manager who can meet our warm lead clients via phone or Zoom and tailor a plan to the client’s financial needs. We welcome applicants with, and without, financial industry experience – we hire based on values, drive, professionalism, and communication skills. We work off of a no-cold-calling/no-door-knocking, proven system backed by mentorship and leadership. The right person for this position has grit, remains teachable, and has a strong ‘why’ (AKA: your driving desire). This position is fully remote, work-from-home/anywhere with strong internet, aside from occasional in-person events 1-4x a year.
This position is 100 percent commission-based with overrides and residuals.
