JOB SUMMARY
As Soligent, the leading pure-play solar distributor in the US, continues to grow rapidly, we’re seeking a
highly skilled Director of Sales Operations to lead and optimize our sales processes, tools, and analytics.
This individual will manage the Sales Enablement Manager, the CXP Manager, and the Sales Data
Analyst, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and driving operational excellence.
In this role, you will work closely with the SVP of Sales and Sales Managers to support strategic
initiatives, manage data requests, and provide insights to the executive team. If you have a passion for

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Develop and implement a comprehensive sales operations strategy that aligns with Soligent’s
growth objectives and enhances sales productivity.
● Oversee and lead a high-performing team, including the Sales Enablement Manager, Customer
Experience (CXP) Manager, and Sales Data Analyst, ensuring collaboration and alignment across
functions.
● Manage the sales operations function, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and
performance reporting, ensuring the sales team has the data and tools needed to succeed.
● Work closely with the sales leadership team to identify and implement process improvements
that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
● Collaborate with the CXP team to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless customer
experience across all touchpoints.
● Manage data requests from the executive team, providing timely and accurate reports and
insights to support decision-making.
● Drive the development and continuous improvement of sales tools, processes, and systems to
optimize the sales cycle.
● Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data and analytics, helping to inform
sales strategies and business decisions.
● Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including sales targets, pipeline health, and customer retention rates.
● Ensure that sales enablement initiatives are aligned with overall company goals, supporting the training and development of the sales team.
● Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and objectives.
● Serve as the key liaison between sales and other departments to ensure the efficient flow of information and resources.
QUALIFICATIONS
● Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related field, with leadership responsibilities.
● Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and data analytics.
● Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
● Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the organization.
● Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive business insights and operational improvements.
● Familiarity with the solar or renewable energy industry is a plus.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
● 7+ years of experience in sales operations or sales management roles, with at least 3 years in a
leadership position.
● Demonstrated success in managing teams and driving process improvements.
