As a Partner Account Manager at InMoment, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and nurturing relationships with key strategic partners to accelerate growth and drive mutual success. You will lead the execution of partnership strategies, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and play a pivotal role in shaping our partnership initiatives to align with business objectives. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building and maintaining relationships, driving revenue through partnerships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in partnership development, alliance management, or business development within the SaaS or technology industry.
- Strong background in Conversational Intelligence/Analytics is preferred.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful strategic partnerships that drive business growth and revenue.
- Strong understanding of partnership models, structures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify partnership opportunities, as well as execute joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with partners.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving revenue targets and driving partner success.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and leverage internal resources to support partner initiatives.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to pivot strategies based on partner feedback and market dynamics
- Passionate about driving partnership success and contributing to the growth of the business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with InMoment’s business goals and objectives.
- Identify, prioritize, and engage with strategic partners that can accelerate our growth, expand our market reach, and enhance our offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, acting as the senior point of contact and advocate for their needs within InMoment.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and support, to ensure partnership needs are addressed and priorities are aligned.
- Align with partners to develop joint business plans, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement programs to drive revenue growth and mutual success.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to optimize and enhance partnership contributions to business goals.
- Proactively identify opportunities for partnership growth and expansion, and work with partners to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Represent InMoment at partner events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities, promoting our solutions and building brand awareness within partner ecosystems.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics that may impact partnership strategies and adjust plans accordingly.
