We are seeking an innovative and agile LTL Load Management Representative who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced global company. This position will work with our LTL (less-than-truckload) Load Management team to coordinate and assist our carriers to ensure excellent service for our customers.
DEPARTMENT: Load Operations
LOCATION: Philippines- Remote
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
Communicate with carriers regarding booked loads
Communicate with external and internal parties regarding delays or issues with shipments
Track and trace shipments to ensure deadlines and delivery times are met
Keep track of upcoming deliveries and possible delays that may occur
Resolve and manage communication with carriers when general issues arise
Report and manage accessorial and extra fees our carriers might charge
Provide carrier feedback to our engineering team to continuously improve our core technology to meet the needs of carriers and customers
Collaborate with members of other teams to guarantee a smooth delivery process
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS and EXPECTATIONS:
1+ year of customer service experience
LTL or transportation experience is a plus
Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills Problem solving ability
Fluent in English – verbal and written
