SOFTGAMES is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and optimize our legacy portfolio of casual games across Mobile and Facebook Instant Gaming platforms. You’ll play a key role in ensuring these older, established games continue running smoothly while discovering new ways to enhance their performance. Although these titles are no longer in active development, they still contribute significantly to our success. We’re looking for someone with a product-focused mindset who proactively experiments and seeks creative solutions to drive business improvement.

This is a REMOTE position.

**Qualified applicants will be expected to complete an assignment.

Your Role

• Ensure smooth operation of 20+ casual games on Mobile and Facebook Instant Gaming

• Manage SDK updates, platform compliance, and technical requirements, making up about 75% of your daily work

• Experiment with and implement optimizations and monetization strategies (25% of daily work)

• Lead a team of 2 developers and 2 QA testers

• Provide and prioritize QA resources for other teams

Your profile

• 2-3 years of experience in a relevant Project Manager or Producer Role

• Technical Background

• Experience in Agile Project Management

• Passion for casual games and a solid understanding of the mobile gaming industry

• You embrace and you are familiar with F2P and Ad Monetisation

• Experience managing teams and technical operations

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
