As the company grows, we’re seeking a Marketing Specialist with a focus on Content Creation and Social Media Management to join their dynamic team. This role is critical in boosting brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting the growth of their product.

Role Overview:

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing the social media presence, and driving the success of the digital marketing efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align your activities with overall business goals, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and increasing our reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for LinkedIn, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and newsletters.

  • Implement the social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.

  • Execute a content calendar that supports marketing and product launch initiatives.

  • Collaborate with marketing consultants, designers, and videographers to produce high-quality content.

  • Identify key social media channels and adapt content for each platform and its target audience.

  • Manage and grow our social media communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering positive interactions.

  • Connect with industry influencers and potential customers to expand our reach.

  • Track and analyse social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and content.

  • Provide regular reports on social media performance with insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Identify and integrate potential leads into the CRM system.

  • Segment leads to optimise marketing efforts and engagement strategies.

  • Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align content and social media strategies with overall business goals.

  • Ensure all content and social media activities reflect the company’s branding guidelines and messaging.

  • Conduct research on industry trends to ensure content is timely and insightful.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content creation and social media management, preferably within a tech start-up or fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other key social media platforms.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

  • Experience with content strategy and execution.

  • Ability to analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management.
