What You’ll Do:

Are you ready to revolutionize how we work smarter, not harder? Join us as a Senior Process Improvement Manager! You’ll lead the charge in identifying, planning, and executing customer experience and scalability improvements across our business, putting a spotlight on our payroll product processes. As a process improvement expert focused on one of our fastest growing products, you’ll collaborate with CX, Product, Business Applications, and Business Ops teams, to uncover improvement opportunities, identify root causes, and implement solutions which transform our operations. You’ll lead transformation initiatives to boost scalability and enhance client experiences, driving project execution with Agile finesse, tracking project deliverables to completion, and managing risks along the way. Additionally, you’ll coach project team members and functional teams, craft strategies for continuous improvement, and provide status updates at the Portfolio and Executive levels.

A Successful Senior Process Improvement Manager will:

  • Rally and lead highly effective cross-functional project teams.
  • Captain the ship through daily project tasks and timelines.
  • Provide recommendations rooted in solid financial cases.
  • Masterfully influence cross-functionally and “up”.
  • Showcase expertise in leveraging platforms, tools, and automation capabilities.
  • Mentor and coach to unleash process improvement capabilities across the company.

What You’ll Need to Get the Job Done:

  • 5+ years of proven experience managing LSS or quality process improvement project teams.
  • 2+ years of experience driving company or division level scalability and client satisfaction process improvement and transformation programs.
  • Top-notch communication and organizational skills. (extra points for bringing creativity and innovation).
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Lean Six Sigma, program management, or quality management certifications.
