sa.global is looking for a motivated and skilled Marketing Director to join our dynamic consulting team in North America!

The
Marketing Director is a key member of the Global Marketing Leadership Team.
They will be responsible for developing, executing, and implementing integrated
marketing campaigns and strategic marketing initiatives to drive industry
awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a
creative and analytical thinker who can mentor and lead a multi-national team,
collaborate cross-functionally, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize
marketing performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop Comprehensive Marketing Strategy: Create and execute a
    cohesive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, target
    audience insights, and market trends
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that
    leverage multiple channels to reach and convert prospects into customers
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to
    identify opportunities, trends, and threats, and use data insights to
    inform marketing strategies and tactics
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering
    collaboration, creativity, and professional development
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively,
    allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales,
    Product Development, and Customer Success, to align marketing efforts with
    overall business goals and objectives
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs)
    and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives,
    providing regular reports and insights to senior management
  • Leverage your proven track
    record in international marketing operations to orchestrate the successful
    launch and execution of global campaigns
  • Demonstrate exceptional
    project management skills, ensuring deadlines are consistently met with
    precision and organizational excellence

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in
    Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree
    preferred
  • Proven experience in a senior
    marketing role with a track record of developing and implementing
    successful marketing strategies
  • Deep understanding of digital
    marketing channels, tools, and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with
    the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent leadership and team
    management abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and
    high-performance culture
  • Exceptional communication and
    presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
    and persuasively
  • Demonstrated strategic
    thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset
  • Experience in the Microsoft
    Dynamics ecosystem is a plus
