Job Summary
The Implementation Project Manager at MeridianLink serves as the main point of contact between clients and internal departments. They ensure project schedules are met, drive innovation and leadership in client initiatives, proactively identify and resolve issues, and track project activities. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, adaptable, and able to identify process improvements for maximum productivity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as the focal point to facilitate interaction between clients and other MeridianLink departments
• Ensure deployment/project schedules and timelines are met by all stakeholders on a project
• Be responsible for innovation and leadership in developing and implementing initiatives that support client goals and objectives
• Be proactive at Identifying potential issues and facilitate sensible resolutions before they become escalation items
• Works directly with the internal/external teams and functional leadership when needed to drive issues to closure, and/or escalate issues and mitigation recommendations to upper management when necessary
• Performs project plan creation and updating, weekly status reporting, and continuously tracks project activities, risks, and issues
• You are a clear thinker, inquisitive, structured, organized, creative, storyteller, with a high sense of urgency, who is flexible, resilient, and self-motivated
• Maintain a positive attitude, and provide the highest level of customer service in response to client and internal questions and requests
• Identifies areas where we can implement process improvements and add efficiencies
• Organize processes to maximize productivity and efficient utilization of internal resources and software
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Business or related degree.
PMP or other Project/Program Management Certifications are encouraged.
You will have 2+ years of Project Management experience.

Salary range of $71,000 – $100,200. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
