About the Role

Tebra is seeking a world-class business to business (B2B) Content Marketing Writer with a profound understanding of healthcare operations and the unique needs of independent healthcare providers. This role is designed for a strategic thinker and skilled communicator who excels in creating content that resonates with our core audience – doctors and healthcare providers operating in independent practice environments. 

You have a deep understanding of how to design engaging webinar decks, script webinars that captivate and educate, craft persuasive landing page copy, and develop email promotional sequences that maximize webinar attendance. Additionally, transforming complex healthcare information into accessible infographics and information sheets is crucial.

Your Area of Focus
  • Write content that addresses independent healthcare providers’ pain points and aspirations, leveraging insights into their daily challenges and technology adoption hurdles.
  • Translate complex healthcare information into accessible, actionable insights for information sheets and infographics.
  • Craft engaging, informative webinar decks and scripts that captivate and educate healthcare professionals, focusing on the benefits of our technology solutions in addressing their operational inefficiencies.
  • Create persuasive landing page copy and email promotional sequences designed to maximize webinar attendance and engagement.
  • Utilize SEO keyword best practices to ensure all content is discoverable and ranks well on search engines, driving targeted traffic to our digital assets.
Your Professional Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B content marketing, specifically within the healthcare sector, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in webinar production, email marketing, landing page optimization, and resource library creation.
  • Deep understanding of the independent healthcare providers, including their reliance on technology, administrative challenges, and desire for more efficient practice management solutions.
  • Ability to quickly adopt a writing style that is professional, informative, and specialized, employing a tone that is confident, authoritative, and tailored to a healthcare and technology-savvy audience.
  • Proficiency in design and multimedia tools, including Google Slides and Canva, with the ability to independently design visually compelling webinar decks and promotional assets.
  • Creativity, empathy, attention to detail, and strategic thinking, with a commitment to producing high-quality content that meets the needs and exceeds the expectations of our target audience.

Pay Range (depends on experience) 

Description

1. Webinars

$45-$75/hour 

20-25 hours

Deliverables include a webinar deck and script (approximately 20-22 hours of work). 

2. Email 

$45-$75/hour 

2-4 hours

Writing email nurtures to go along with a marketing campaign. 

3. Landing page

$45-$75/hour

3-5 hours

Landing pages that include conversion rate optimization and SEO best practices for resource downloads and to book demos. 

4. Copywriting web page 

$250 to $500

Includes copy that is optimized for SEO (we will provide keyword research) and our target audience; any research that needs to be conducted. 

5. Information sheet / Worksheet

$210 to $350

Includes copy based on interviewing SMEs, deep understanding of corresponding Tebra products, external research.

6. Infographic

$150 to $350

Includes breaking down proprietary and industry stats along with recommendations pulled from internal and external research.

4. eBook

$1 per word (typically around $3,000) 

Includes breaking reading survey data, interviewing SMEs, and callouts to data visualizations.
